All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, and you must notify rm35 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. rm35 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As an rm35 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:

Payments, Transactions, and Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the rm35 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made through legitimate payment methods and that the funds used belong to you.
Rm35 reserves the right to request identity document verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or where compliance requirements apply. This verification process is a standard security measure designed to protect users from unlawful activity.

Rm35 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. Upon account closure, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned to their owner once the review process is complete, subject to applicable conditions.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the rm35 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and there are no outstanding issues.
